Winter season brings the present of flu and cold with it that can leave the chest aching. But we must understand that cold or flu is not the only factor that cause cough. Dry air, smoking, acid reflux, asthma and allergies are some common causes of cough. However, you can avoid coughing by just following some simple home tips.
1- Stay hydrated
Drink lots of natural water in a day and keep yourself hydrated. Consuming fluids like water will help you to avoid dehydration and washout unwanted toxins from your body. It will help you to avoid flue, cough and cold.
2- Try hot drinks
Chines people love to consume hot drinks. Hot drinks keep you active and charming. Hot drinks will provide some relaxation to your throat and stomach, which will help you to avoid flu and coughing.
3- Take steamy showers
